* Heidi utilizes textiles, skin of seal, sheep and fish, felted wool, and textile colors. She uses quilt, application and patchwork techniques.
* Heidi has taught drawing and handicrafts in schools, on courses and at different institutions in Iceland, Norway, and Denmark.
* Heidi has 12 works in public collections in Iceland, Norway and Finland and is a member of the The Association of Icelandic Visual Artists (SÍM), and The Icelandic Textile Guild.
* Heidi is presently (Dec 2014) living and working in Denmark.
